Policy for submission
Abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
The submitted abstracts should be ready for publication. No editing will be performed by the secretariat or the reviewers. The abstracts will be made available on the meeting web site and on the conference CD.
Abstracts should be submitted by the presenting author. It is the responsibility of the presenting author to have the approval of the co-authors.
In case of acceptance you agree to prepare a poster presentation.
You will receive an email containing all submitted data, as a confirmation of receipt. Please ensure that you have received this email. If you did not receive the email of submission within 24 h, please re-submit OR contact abstract@havmeeting.info for further assistance.
Guidelines for submission
The abstract title should reveal the key point of the work.
Format of the authors list: List authors providing initials, surnames and in brackets a number referring to their affiliation (if authors are from more then one affiliation);
e.g. W. Van Der Heyden (1), K. L. Scharp (2), L. Lorenzo (3)
Write out each affiliation (department, institution, city, country) preceded by the appropriate number.
e.g.
1) Clinical Virology, University of Antwerp, Antwerp, Belgium;
2) Department of Epidemiology, Ministry of Health, Lund, Denmark;
3) Hematology, University of San Lorenzo, San Lorenzo, Ecuador.
Abstracts should be well structured and contain following sections: background and objectives, methods, results and conclusions. The total text should not exceed 275 words.
